Haryana Tourism Minister Ram Bilas Sharma meets Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi

Haryana Tourism Minister Ram Bilas Sharma called on  Union Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Minister Nitin Gadkari at New Delhi and sought the construction of an approach road from National Highway-44 (NH) to Kingfisher Tourist Complex in Ambala and four-laning of NH-148B from Bhiwani to Kotputli.

Apart from Haryana, a large number of tourists from Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir visit Kingfisher Tourist Complex. The Complex is located along NH-44 in the centre of Ambala City and Ambala Cantt. and there is a requirement of an approach road from the highway to the Complex for tourists travelling from Delhi towards Chandigarh, Mr.Sharma said.

He further said that the four-laning of NH-148B from Bhiwani to Kotputli would accelerate the pace of development in the area.

Mr.Sharma said that Mr.Gadkari had assured full cooperation in these projects.
