Central schemes running in Haryana being monitored

The monitoring of all Central Government schemes being run in Haryana has began from January and would continue till March.

In Fatehabad district, the monitoring which began from February 17 would continue till February 24. An official spokesman said that the monitoring work was being carried out by Ashu Ranjan and Raghav Muwal of Indian Institute of Rural Development, Jaipur in the district.

The schemes being monitored include Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, Deendayal Antyodaya-National Rural Livelihoods Mission Scheme, Deendayal Upadhyaya-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin), National Social Assistance Programme, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Digital India, Land Records Modernisation Programme, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana and Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana.

The members of monitoring team have randomly selected some villages in district Fatehabad for inspection and monitoring of the schemes. The report prepared by the monitoring team would be sent to the Union Ministry of Rural Development through the State Government, he added.
